Eaton Amblers Walking Group Link together as a community as we track miles together for the winter/spring season. We will gather as a group and walk the Fitness Mezzanine track or the Community Center outdoor trail for an hour (or your choice of distance). Friendly Fork Luncheon Join fellow Active Adults for lunch, entertainment, guest speakers, games and good conversation. Learn Bridge in a Day Have you been interested in learning to play the most fascinating card game of Bridge? Have you been wanting a refresher or learn some pointers? The award-winning program, Learn Bridge in a Day, gives busy folks a convenient way to begin their bridge experience. It is a great place both for those who are new to bridge and for lapsed players who need to get the rust off their game. Participants are introduced to modern concepts of bidding, card play and scoring. The LBIAD materials have been extensively field-tested and designed to increase your knowledge, confidence and enjoyment. There will be hospitality breaks and lunch is included. 8-Week Supervised Bridge Play All bridge players are welcome to join an 8-week set of lessons and card play that will follow the Learn Bridge in a Day kickoff program. Each session will start with a mini-lesson on bidding, declarer play or defense. The topics will be a mix of basic and intermediate lessons. The second half will be devoted to playing hands. Your host, John Grossmann who is a certified EB! presenter, will arrange for a special visit of the “Bridge Detective.” Come make new friends and enjoy the challenge of modern bridge. A Matter of Balance

Do you have concerns about falling? This program is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. You will learn to view falls as controllable, set goals for increasing activity, make changes to reduce fall risks at home, exercise to increase strength and balance and get up properly after a fall. Who should attend? Those who are concerned about falls, anyone interested in improving balance, strength and flexibility, anyone who has fallen in the past and anyone who has restricted activities because of falling concerns. Lucky 3 Ranch Tour Come meet the saddle mules, horses and the miniature donkeys at an actual working ranch.
