Small Group Training
Small Group Training is a fun, effective and affordable way to reach your fitness goals. One of our nationally certified trainers will lead these groups focusing on individual strength, goals, and fitness levels of the participants. If you want to lose weight, get into great shape or just become a fitter you, then take it to the next level with the guidance of a certified personal trainer. Draw from the energy of your group as you push yourself for real results. Small Group Training sessions are made by appointment only and consist of 3-5 people and prices are listed per group. Personal Training Policy:
Personal training in exchange for money or services is not permitted in the Community Center by anyone other than authorized EAPRD staff. Staff reserves the right to monitor workouts that appear to be commercial personal training sessions.
Fitness Assessments (ages 15+)
Meet with a certified personal trainer and quickly start a plan for achieving your fitness goals. Fitness assessments include a consultation with a personal trainer, goal setting, body fat assessment and fitness assessment. (Workout not included.) Assessments are one-hour long. Please register at the Welcome Desk.

Fitness Equipment Orientation
Free with a membership or a daily pass, schedule a onetime session to learn the proper lifting techniques and basics of the machines. Our fitness staff will provide an orientation of the cardiovascular and Nautilus One weight machines. Orientations are 30 minutes. Please register at the Welcome Desk. (Workout program is not included.)

Youth Orientations (ages 11-14)
Meet with a certified personal trainer and learn the do’s and don't of the fitness and wellness mezzanine. Prices are for one child, with an additional $5 per additional child in the same family.

Youth and Fitness Classes
Youth 13-14 years old are allowed to participate in cardio fitness classes with an adult 18 years or older (Zumba, Yoga, Turbo Kick, Country Heat, Barre, Core de Force) and 15 years old to participate in any high intensity classes (HIIT, Body Circuit, After Hours Toning, TRX). Children under 12 years of age or those not participating in class are not allowed in the fitness studio/activity room while class is in session.
Track/Cardio Equipment/Weight Machines
Please no strollers in the mezzanine. Ages 11–12 have access to the fitness and wellness mezzanine after completing the Youth Fitness Orientation and an adult 18 or older must be present at all times. Ages 13–14 have access to the fitness and wellness mezzanine after completing the Youth Fitness Orientation with a personal trainer. After completing the Youth Orientation, ages 11–14 must obtain a daily wrist band to gain access to the mezzanine.
Specialty Dance Classes
Classes run on a monthly basis and change disciplines. There are no makeup sessions and sessions expire at the end of each month. Please call the EACC for more details.

Weight Loss Challenge for the New Year
Have you tried losing weight and have failed in the past? Have you veered off your path to living a healthy lifestyle? Do you need motivation and accountability for your health and wellness goals? Starting January 12th, EACC is excited to bring a Weight Loss Challenge to our guests. In this 10-week program, you will receive weekly weigh-ins, handouts and group workouts with certified Personal Trainers to help keep you on track and achieve the best possible you. Must be present at the kickoff meeting on January 12th to participate. Prizes are awarded to the top 3 guests who achieve the most weight loss and decrease in body fat percentage.
