Tai Ji Quan

Tai Ji Quan is a fall prevention program that uses a unique combination of eight single forms that are derived from the traditional 24-form Yang-style Tai Chi. The program goals are to improve functional ability such as balance and physical function; reduce fall-related risks; and reduce fall frequency. The class is FREE but does require registration by contacting Jacob Luna at (970) 400-6117.
